"New music from Sterling is always cause for celebration in our house. This EP was recorded live at the historic Station Inn with an all-star Nashville backing band and a room full of intent listeners. You can feel the electricity in the air as the band opens up with "Bubbles In My Beer." It's as though a time warp has opened up and brought you back to the early dance hall days in Texas. The jazzy swing of the steel guitar and upright bass lend themselves to Sterling's voice which sounds smoother than ever, showing us that he is a true country crooner of today. With covers of Haggard, Wills, and Anderson, he also treats us to a song of his own, "Until I Forget," which could pass as a classic just as all the rest if you didn't know any better.
